Angy BlailockMy name is Angy Blailock and I am a true-to-life DO-IT-YOURSELFER!  For many years, I have googled my way through planning birthday parties and baby showers, doing home repairs, every type of crafting, trying new recipes, and my favorite niche – digital scrapbooking.

I have never thought of myself as creative and I have not mastered anything.  I’m not a good photographer, I’m not artistic, and I cannot mix two colors together and make them pretty.  However, I am a color junkie…I love lots and lots of color!

Honestly, I can’t even hand-draw and decent circle.  But, give me a computer and mouse and I can come up with just about anything!  I love looking at something and trying to bring it to life in a digitally creative way.  Thank goodness for so many wonderful software programs out there!

So, I started DigiDesign Girls to show you how to dive into your creative side and create something beautiful that will last a lifetime.

Creativity may come natural for some people, but, it certainly did not for me!  I believe we all show our creative side in different ways and at different times.  It is a quality that you can discover at any age and master through perseverance and a little work.

I found mine in my late 30’s and have been working on it ever since because I don’t believe I’m all the way there!  This is where digital scrapbooking fit in.  It opened up a whole new world for me and jump started my creative side.

I won’t lie, some of my projects turned out fantastic and others—ehh…and that’s OK!  I still love the “junk” I created myself!

So, stop debating and let’s make something fantastic together!  DigiDesign Girls will help nurture your creative side and show you how to use your own power of expression to create something awesome.
